Healthy communication is an important part of all relationships as they make it easier to resolve conflicts and build stronger more lasting partnerships.
Hence, barriers to language are significant as they often impediment the growth of relationships, active community participation, and cause misunderstandings that may cause rise to conflict. We provide access to interpreting and translating supports, which may include sign-language communication and verbal language translation. As Boorloo Care prides itself on its inclusivity and multiculturism, in order to maintain our care-recipients quality-of-life, we provide access to these services for all those that speak a different language, and / or have a speech or hearing impairment.
